Day 13
Sun and Shade
Garden pellets need full sun, which is 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight per day. If you don’t have a spot in your yard that gets that much sun, you can grow garden pellets in a sunny window. Just be sure to rotate the container every few days so that all sides of the plants get some sun.
Here are some tips:
Choose a spot that gets full sun.
- Water the pellets regularly, especially during hot weather.
- Remember that your plants can get “sunburn” if they are out too long, so bring them inside if they start to wilt or have discolored leaves.
